Hi, I'm Brandon.

I'm a Data Scientist.

My profile picture.

This site showcases projects — Data Science and not — where Brandon worked out something he thought was worth remarking on, hopefully to the benefit of others.

In his free time indoors, Brandon feels compelled to reconsider the part of his professional self that needs to refer to himself in the third person. He is not fooling anyone with this pseudo-professionalism smoke. He also likes R programming, applied statistics, exploring open source technologies, and writing creative non-fiction and short stories.

Outdoors, he enjoys backpacking, camping, hiking, long distance running, and bicycling.

He currently hangs his hat* in Camas, Washington outside Portland.

*(Brandon does wear hats, but mainly the unsophisticated baseball variety, not classy Frank Sinatra-like fedoras crafted of felt in Italy like this might imply.)
